Description

There was a perfect balance between the sun shining down on us and the breeze blowing through the valley. At 411 feet, this is the tallest waterfall East of the Mississippi located near Lake Toxaway in Cashiers, NC. this particular image is pieced together from 9 images (3 exposures each at 3 separate composures on the waterfall). The first series looked straight out from a viewing platform and the last series looking almost straight down over the edge. We stayed there for some time without the equipment to capture the scene. The image in my mind and my heart is much more vivid than anything I can share with you.
