Artist's Description
It's been raining for days but has stopped long enough to walk down to the river's edge to enjoy the scene. Distant thunder is heard in a low roar, dashing from mountain to mountain and through the valley as it fades away. A different sound is heard. A higher pitched noise, but still a faded roar. The wall of rain is coming directly towards you. The air fills with a chill as your entire being is saturated with the scent of the rain, the smell of the woods, the roar of thunder and the rush of the water. Oh, the inner peace you feel when you are one with nature.
