This cage was built by a friend of mine in the boy scouts for his Eagle project from Troop 18 in Indianapolis, IN. The hawk was injured in the wild and was saved. Todd built this cage at Eagle Creek park near the nature center back in the 90s. When I downloaded the image at home, the composure of the shot made the name very easy for me to come up with.
Taken at Eagle Creek Park on the West side of Indianapolis. As I was taking pictures, I saw the hawk look up towards the sunlight. I instantly thought of my new star filter.
